1. Acceptance
By creating an account or otherwise using tiredofdointm.com, tired.events, or tiredevents.com (collectively, the "Services"), you accept these Terms.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
3. Content
You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it to provide the Services.
4. Payments
Bookings, ticket purchases, and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by the event's stated policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, excluding user content, are owned by Tiredofdointm Studio. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer them.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time at contact.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is capped at $100 or 12 months of fees paid, whichever is greater.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in San Francisco County. (Adjust if your business is registered elsewhere.)
