1. Data We Collect
Account info (name, email, phone), uploaded photos, booking and payment metadata, device IDs, IP address, browsing events on our Services.
2. How We Use It
To authenticate you, process bookings/payments, deliver photos/tickets, send transactional and (with consent) marketing communications, and improve the Services.
3. Third Parties
Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising with your consent), Google (advertising/analytics with your consent), AWS (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/edge).
4. Retention
Account data: until you close your account. Booking/payment records: 7 years for tax. Marketing consent records: 4 years (TCPA). Anonymous analytics: 13 months.
5. Your Rights
CCPA / GDPR: Access, delete, port, and correct your data. Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell). Response within 45 days (extendable +45). Email privacy@tiredapi.co.

We use first-party cookies for authentication and (with consent) analytics + ad measurement. Reject via the banner.
